People Working Cooperatively, a Cincinnati-based nonprofit, has announced plans to relocate its headquarters to Sharonville as it approaches its 50th anniversary. The move to a 70,000-square-foot facility on East Kemper Road—formerly home to Sugar Creek Packing Co.—will allow the organization to expand its services and centralize operations for its 135 full-time employees.

Founded in 1975, the organization currently completes around 7,000 service projects annually, helping low-income, elderly, and disabled homeowners with critical repairs and energy efficiency improvements. The Sharonville site, set to open in 2026 after extensive renovations, will support PWC’s mission to serve more families across the region.

The $8.4 million building purchase was made possible with the help of key board members and follows a record $2.5 million donation from the Farmer Family Foundation in 2023. The new headquarters is expected to strengthen the nonprofit’s reach and impact for years to come.
